Eric Seme, Founder & CEO of Fireball Industries, represents the third generation of a family deeply rooted in manufacturing, engineering, and automation. With over 20 years of experience as a controls engineer, Eric brings a sharp eye for improvement and a passion for innovation, qualities that have made him known for spotting opportunities others overlook, from complex automation systems to everyday household appliances.
Born and raised in Ohio, Eric grew up surrounded by the state’s rich industrial heritage, which shaped both his technical expertise and his values as a leader. After studying at Kent State University, he dedicated his career to creating automation solutions that adapt to the needs of factories, not the other way around.
Fireball Industries is both Eric’s vision for the future of manufacturing and a tribute to his family legacy. His grandfather, Joe Seme, left a lasting mark on customers by handing out Fireball candies at his shop, a small gesture that inspired Eric to carry forward the same spirit of connection and service. The name Fireball Industries honors that heritage while driving a bold, modern vision for adaptive, people-centered automation.
